De acordo com o site do Governo dos EUA, a Take-Two iniciou uma grande onda de processos por conta de nome e marca comercial relacionada a todos os seus produtos, incluindo processos contra estúdios de tatuagem com nome de “ROCKSTARS AUTHORS & TATTOO PARLORS”, uma fundação de estudantes de piano “TAKE FIVE”, as roupas da “MAX FAYNE” e também a Hazelight Studios pelo It Takes Two.

A lista é bem extensa e inclui processos por diversos nomes de empresas com “Rockstar”, “2K”, “Max Payne” e Take Two no nome. No entanto, esse processo lista uma série de empresas e produtos, muitos até sem relação com o universo de games, e só resta ver como as empresas responderão aos processos.

O game It Takes Two chamou a atenção do público principalmente por ser exclusivamente cooperativo, em que um jogador controla Cody e o outro controla a May. A aventura gira em torno dessa cooperação, que é crucial para passar pelos puzzles, desafios e chefes, e também de uma história bem curiosa do casal Cody e May.
